Who We Are
One Estate Management was founded by Oscar Fister, a property manager who entered the profession in 2002 as an eager assistant working for Columbia Asset Management. We are located in the heart of South Beach on the corner of 11th Street and Pennsylvania Street, next to the police station.
Always curious about how things work, Oscar has amassed a great deal of knowledge about all aspects of asset management. For example, Oscar loves to observe subcontractors as they install air conditioning units, perform renovations, replace carpet, or repair a roof, asking questions and learning the intricacies of each task. His deep knowledge enables him to know when a given repair is something that can be handled internally or should be subcontracted out to professionals.
During his time at Columbia Asset Management, he quickly proved himself as a competent property manager. He earned the owner’s trust to the point that when the owner retired, he entrusted all of his property management accounts to Oscar’s newly founded business, One Estate Management in 2017.
